This year’s CGIC Spring Conference – Expanding Horizons – was all about seeing credit insurance not just as a safety net, but as a powerful engine for growth. In a time of economic uncertainty, we brought together business leaders, industry experts, stakeholders, and thought leaders to share ideas, challenge assumptions, and look at how we can build resilience together.

Throughout the day, speakers highlighted how collaboration across sectors can unlock real opportunities. One key focus was how credit insurance helps entrepreneurs access the liquidity they need to grow, even in tough conditions. We also heard how our partnership with Old Mutual Insure and Atradius blends local insight with global reach — giving exporters across Africa stronger support and smarter ways to manage risk.
