In order to improve our clients' administrative knowledge and skills, we hold regular training workshops for the benefit of:
- New policyholders
- Clients who have a change in their administration staff
- Policyholders who wish to brush up their knowledge of credit insurance
Three types of courses are held for the most common policy types:
- SDC (Standard Domestic Cover)
- DBBP (Domestic Business Builder Policy)
- SECC (Standard Export Comprehensive Cover)
Our workshops cover the following:
- An introduction to Credit Guarantee and credit insurance
- Risks covered
- Explanations of policy terms and conditions
- Practical exercises in credit limit applications and declarations
- Opportunity for questions and answers
Included are refreshments and a light lunch.
The workshops are presented at no cost to our policyholders but due to catering and seating requirements etc, please ensure that you have confirmed your attendance.
