Economics and Investment

The department is responsible for the day-to-day administration and control of the internal investment portfolio, including cash management (treasury), equity, gilt, endowment and preference share activities. Economic research, comprising domestic analysis and monitoring of local industry trends together with country reports is undertaken so as to assist in underwriting decisions. The library function also resides with us. |

Responsibilities: Export Markets (Country), Domestic Industry and general economic risk appraisal. Provision of media comment on pertinent economic indicators. Overseeing the entire investment process across the equity, bond and money markets. |
